Sorry an Off Topic Post (not anything directly to do with environmental issues!)
I’m just back into the warmth after trying to rid my garage/shed of snow. Let’s just say the garage was not constructed with snow in mind!! Maybe a bit harsh but not the best construction and beginning to show signs of age. I hasten to add it was not constucted by me or under my supervision - it was here when we moved in just about a year ago.
Thankfully we did not have too much in the garage that snow could damage - more cardboard, plastic and things for recycling and some did escape the snow.
However I must address the ‘holes’ once the weather begins to warm/dry up as I would like to install a wind turbine to charge/recharge batteries and provide a little bit of power/light in the garage. A wind and water tight building is therefore needed.
